- All Condo Payments must be made to the address in the coupon books. This Arizona address is a LOCK BOX to allow quicker posting of payments. Put your unit number and the account number on your payment checks. You may send your payment to the address below, but it will delay the application of your payments.

Meeting: Annual Meeting will be held late November 10th 2009. See the Annual Meeting Page for more information.
- Trash: Please put your trash IN the dumpsters. Keep the area around the dumpsters clean in order to discourage rodents from making their homes on the property.
- PARKING: We are serious about parking regulations. Violaters are warned then towed. Several violaters have already been towed. If you have any questions, contact Ken Lazarus.
We are attempting to provide you and collect information on vendors that
unit owners have had good experiences with. Check the "Contractors Page" for the recent updates.
You can also go to The Dartmouth Group website to request maintenance services.
You can choose between Comcast, Direct TV/Dish and Verizon FiOS for these services. Satellite Dishes CANNOT be affixed to the buildings. Contact Ken Lazarus for details on placement. Each unit is pre-wired for Fiber and standard coax.
FiOS Installation and service references are available. You may, contact me, Lee Lassow. or I can put you in touch with others in our village for their switch FiOS experiences.
