Condo InformationAssociation information can be obtained here or The Dartmouth Group Website. From this website, you can see your condo documents, check the status of your Condo Fee Payments, request maintenance services, obtain 6-D sale and refinance documents. Use the site to your advantage. Condo Fees increased by less than 3 percent beginning April 1, 2009. New condo books were mailed to each unit. Use these books. Note your fee, and new payment address. This address, in Arizona, is a lock box that will properlly process and track each unit owners payment. Payments mailed to The Dartmouth group will be delayed a few days while the checks are then mailed to Arizona for processing. TrashTrash is collected Monday's and Wednesday's. It is important no vehicle blocks the dumpsters durning these days. In the case of a holiday, the pickup day is advanced by one day. It is very important to fill the dumpsters from the back. Take an extra minute and load your trash into the dumpsters from the back. The more trash we can get in them the less problems we will have with overflowing bins. For the consideration of ourselves and our unit neighbors, please make the most out of our dumpsters. Please keep the areas around the dumpsters clean. Trash must be placed "IN" the dumpsters, not in front or to the sides. Televisions, computer monitors, microwaves are considered hazordous waste. Contact Woburn DPU for proper disposal of these items. Violaters of the trash policies will be fined for each and every offense. RecyclingWe believe we have a real shot are recycling in 2009. We are approaching the DPU/Waste Management and an individual firm to collect our recycle-ready items. We will inform all unit owners of the status of this project and when we can begin the recycling of reusables at Village Estates. PetsPets are limited by the condo documents. We would rather not have to confront any owner with TOO many pets. Curbing, leashing and picking up after your pets is a condominium bylaw and a Town of Woburn ordinance. All dogs must be on leash at all times. It is important for the health of the grounds and landscaping, that residents curb your pets in the most considerate and discrete way possible. Please be considerate of all residents and pickup after your animals. ParkingParking is an issue at Village Estates. Each unit has a garage and one(1) exterior deeded space. Each resident car should be registered with the management company. The New parking stickers will be issued for each registered car with a maximum of two(2) for each unit. A visitor dash placard will be issued to each unit for visitors. The lots will be patroled, unregistered stickered, illegally parked or visitors without the visitor placard, will be towed at the vehicle owners expense. Snow Removal; Exterior Parking SpacesOnce again, snow removal was an issue due to the 66+ inches of snow we have received and unit owners failing to move vehicles when the plows are working our roadways and lot. We regret that cars not moved durning snow removal activities will be towed at the expense of the vehicle owner. Elderly or physically disabled residentsIn order to be compliant with Americans with Disabilities Act(ADA) and consideration of any special circumstances, please contact The Dartmouth Group, by phone and/or mail (Regular US Mail) ASAP. Please help us to help you. We need the written correspondence for ADA documentation requirements. Mgmt office Mon-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm 781-275-4357. Annual MeetingThe next Annual Meeting will be held in November 2009. |
